(“Roofline”) in Sacramento 23 County Superior Court alleging various violations of the 24 California Labor Code. (Compl. (Docket No. 1-1, Ex. A).) 25 Defendant removed the action to this court pursuant to the Class 26 Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”), 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d). (Notice of 27 Removal (Docket No. 1).)
