14 Defendant. 15 This case concerns defendant’s alleged age discrimination against plaintiff in failing to hire him for a position. (See ECF No. 21.) The Court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment, entered judgment in favor of defendants, and ordered the case closed. (ECF No. 44.) On February 18, 2020, defendants submitted a bill of costs. (ECF No. 46.) On March 2, 2020, plaintiff filed objections to certain of those costs; defendants opposed the objections, and plaintiff replied. (ECF Nos. 47, 48, 49.) For the reasons stated below, plaintiff’s objections are overruled. Defendants first note, correctly, that plaintiff’s objections were untimely.
