Plaintiff Lewis Anderson is appearing pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to stay and motion to amend the complaint, filed April 13, 2020. (ECF Nos. 19. 20.) I.
