This action proceeds on plaintiff’s claims in the Second Amended Complaint against Sacramento City and County defendants related to plaintiff’ booking into the Sacramento County Main Jail on November 11, 2012. ECF No. 47. The action is referred to the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302(c). Several matters are currently pending before this court. I.
