RAM, et al., Defendants. 16 By an order filed January 29, 2020, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit and a certified copy of his prison trust account statement, and was cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. On February 26, 2020, the undersigned granted plaintiff an extension of time to March 15, 2020, to file his in forma pauperis application. Plaintiff has not responded to the court’s orders and has not filed the required documents. In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case; and IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
