Plaintiff Carlo Guiliano Cresci is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration, filed on April 28, 2020. Plaintiff seeks reconsideration of the Court’s April 7, 2020 order disregarding his request for judicial notice. Plaintiff’s motion must be denied.
