ECF No. 1. Petitioner sought a court order instructing the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) to recalculate his good time credits under the First Step Act (“FSA”) and to advance his date of transfer to community confinement. ECF No. 1; 8. On April 7, 2020, respondent moved to dismiss the petition for lack of standing, ripeness, and jurisdiction, and for mootness and failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
