Pending before the undersigned is defendant’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (ECF Nos. 20.) Also pending are plaintiff’s motion for the appointment of counsel, motion for contempt, motion for sanctions, motion to strike, motion regarding service, and amended motion for permission to file electronically. (ECF Nos. 6, 8, 10, 28, 29, 37.)
