17 Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Graeme W. Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas’ (“Plaintiffs”) second motion for leave to amend their complaint to name Augusta RV, LLC as a defendant. (Doc. No. 27.) Defendant The RV Factory, LLC (“Defendant”) filed an opposition on May 29, 2020. (Doc. No. 28.) Plaintiffs filed a response on June 5, 2020. (Doc. No. 30.) The Court finds the matter suitable for decision without oral argument pursuant to Local Rule 230(g) and VACATES the hearing set for June 12, 2020. Having considered the motion as well as the record in this case, the Court will recommend that Plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend be denied with prejudice. /// 28 …
