This order addresses plaintiff’s request that the United States Marshal personally serve his proposed subpoenas duces tecum, and plaintiff’s request for appointment of counsel. For the reasons set forth below, both motions are denied without prejudice but counsel for defendant Lotersztain is directed to provide plaintiff with a copy of his medical records that defendant independently subpoenaed.
