INTRODUCTION This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Final Approval of Class Settlement, (Doc. 37), and Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, (Doc. 38), filed on April 22, 2020. The Court deemed the motions suitable for decision without oral argument under Local Rule 230(g), and vacated the hearing set for May 20, 2020. (Doc. 39.)
