17 This matter is before the court on two motions for leave to amend filed on behalf of plaintiffs Kevin Keyes, Jennifer Keyes, and Dustin Keyes (collectively, “plaintiffs”). (Doc. Nos. 17, 22.) Together, the pending motions seek to substitute the true identities of four Doe Defendants and add one new cause of action by way of amended complaint. The court deemed the motions suitable for decisions on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. Nos. 21, 27.) For the reasons set forth below, the court will grant plaintiffs’ motions for leave to amend and, due to the resulting destruction of subject-matter jurisdiction, will sua sponte remand…
