19 Through the present lawsuit, Plaintiff Ahern Rentals, Inc. (“Ahern” or “Plaintiff”) seeks redress from two of its former employees, Defendants Matthew Allen and Derrick Torres, and their current employer, Defendant EquipmentShare.com, Inc.
