Plaintiff contends certain individuals in the Hospital’s employ conspired against him after he complained about other physicians’ actions, setting up a “sham” peer-review process regarding plaintiff’s practice that led to his suspension. Plaintiff raises claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of his civil rights, as well as claims under a number of California state laws.
