17 Before the Court is Plaintiff Project Sentinel’s motion to compel. (ECF No. 46.) In the motion, Plaintiff seeks to compel further responses from defendant Meyer Komar (“Mr. Komar” or “Defendant”) to Plaintiff’s first set of interrogatories and first request for production of documents. Plaintiff also requests that Mr. Komar be ordered to pay Plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in bringing the motion to compel. Finally, Plaintiff requests that the Court enter an order precluding Mr. Komar from using undisclosed evidence and warning Mr. Komar that his ongoing refusal to comply with discovery rules and the Court’s orders may lead to entry of default against him.
