Upon review of the record and the parties’ arguments, the court DENIES plaintiff’s motion. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Erin Christensen filed the present action against defendant Goodman Distribution Inc.,1 primarily alleging wrongful termination and retaliation in violation of public policy after she made protected complaints of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and gender discrimination.
