Defendant’s motion for summary judgment is fully briefed. As discussed below, the undersigned recommends that defendant’s motion be granted on the ground that defendant is entitled to qualified immunity. I. Plaintiff’s Verified Complaint Plaintiff alleges that on May 21, 2017, defendant Sgt. Knight retaliated against plaintiff based solely on plaintiff’s right to free speech. (ECF No. 1 at 6-61.)
