18 INTRODUCTION This matter is before the court on the motion to remand filed by plaintiff Eriksson, LLC (“Eriksson”). (Doc. No. 8.) Pursuant to General Order No. 617 addressing the public health emergency posed by the coronavirus outbreak, the court took the matter under submission to be decided on the papers. (Doc. No. 9.) For the reasons discussed below, the court will grant the motion and remand this case to Fresno County Superior Court.
