KOURTNEE AMARAL, et al., Defendants. 16 Introduction Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 4, 2020, the undersigned issued an order and findings and recommendations screening plaintiff’s complaint. (ECF No. 8.) The undersigned recommended that this action be dismissed. (Id.) On March 20, 2020, plaintiff filed objections to the findings and recommendations. (ECF No. 11.) In his objections, plaintiff appears to raise a claim not raised in the original complaint. For that reason, the March 4, 2020 findings and recommendations recommending that this action be dismissed are vacated. Instead, the undersigned herein again recommends dismissal of the six claims raised in the original complaint, but grants plaintiff leave to file an…
