v. (ECF No. 30) ALLEGIANT AIR, LLC, Defendant. 16 Plaintiff Michelle Budwig (“Budwig”) filed the complaint in Fresno County Superior Court that commenced this action on May 5, 2017. (ECF No. 1-1 at 6). On August 9, 2018, Defendant Allegiant Air, LLC (“Allegiant”) removed the complaint to this court. (ECF No. 1).1 Budwig’s complaint brings causes of actions against her employer Allegiant for violations of California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) with respect to her disability. On February 18, 2020, Allegiant moved for summary judgment on all claims. (ECF No. 30). Budwig filed an opposition on April 6, 2020, and Allegiant filed a reply on April 20, 2020. (ECF Nos. 56, 58). For the reasons below, the Court denies Allegiant’s motion for summary judgment. /// ///
