///// ///// ///// 28 Before the court are two motions to compel filed by defendants: (1) a motion to compel production against plaintiff and third-party defendants, and (2) a motion to compel compliance with subpoenas against nonparties. The court heard oral argument via Zoom on September 2, 2020. Angelica Simpson appeared on behalf of plaintiff and third-party defendants, and Maria- Vittoria Carminati appeared on behalf of defendants.
