HOLLISTER, et al., Defendants. 15 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has presented several claims that relate to her criminal case and incarceration in the Plumas County Jail. Presently before the court are numerous motions filed by plaintiff as well as her complaint for screening. IN FORMA PAUPERIS On May 18, 2020, the court issued findings and recommendations recommending that this action be dismissed for failure to comply with court orders because plaintiff had not filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis or paid the filing fee.
