15 Plaintiff Richard Armenta (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 16 pauperis in this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint 17 and granted leave to amend. (ECF No. 1, 10.) Plaintiff’s first amended complaint, filed on 18 September 14, 2020, is currently before the Court for screening. (ECF No. 11.)
