This action proceeds on plaintiff’s first 19 amended complaint against defendants Mirelez and Hoehing for deliberate indifference to 20 plaintiff’s medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment. 21 On August 6, 2020, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations 22 recommending that defendants’ motion for order requiring plaintiff to post security, (Doc.
