16 17 18 Plaintiff, Oscar A. Aguilar, is a prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this 19 civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the complaint commencing 20 this action on December 30, 2019. (ECF No. 1.) On May 7, 2020, the Court entered a 21 screening order finding that the complaint did not state any cognizable claim and providing 22 Plaintiff with an opportunity to file an amended complaint.
