20 21 I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY 22 Michael John Coleman (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 23 pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On January 2, 2020, Plaintiff 24 filed the Complaint commencing this action in the Sacramento Division of the United States 25 District Court for the Eastern District of California. (ECF No. 1.)
