ORDER 14 COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO, CORY STEWART, MICHAEL DOANE, and 15 DOES 1 to 100, 16 Defendants. 17 18 Plaintiff Christopher Lull (“Plaintiff”), an individual proceeding pro se, has filed this civil 19 rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States 20 Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). 21 On September 11, 2020, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 22 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any objections to the findings 23 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 61.)
