PORTER, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action seeking relief 18 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge as provided 19 by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On March 13, 2020, the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations, which 21 were served on plaintiff and which contained notice to plaintiff that any objections to the findings 22 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. ECF No. 44. Despite being given 23 two additional thirty-day extensions of time (see ECF Nos. 46, 48), plaintiff has not timely filed 24 objections to the findings and recommendations. 25 The court presumes that any findings of fact are correct.
