17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel. This action proceeds on 18 plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment medical claims against defendant Dr. Kuersten.1 On September 19 19, 2019, plaintiff was granted leave to file a response to defendant’s response to the court’s 20 August 1, 2019 order (ECF No. 71). (ECF No. 75.)
