15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff commenced this social security action on June 26, 2019. (ECF No. 1.)1 On June 18 4, 2020, the court granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment in part, remanded the case for 19 further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and entered judgment for 20 plaintiff. (ECF Nos. 16, 17.) Plaintiff now moves for attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Equal 21 Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”). (ECF No. 20.) The Commissioner filed an opposition to 22 plaintiff’s motion, and plaintiff filed a reply brief. (ECF Nos. 22, 23.) For the reasons set forth 23 below, the court grants plaintiff’s motion for EAJA fees. 24 //// 25 //// 26
