(ECF Nos. 13, 14.) The court held a hearing on the matter on September 30, 2020; plaintiff was represented by attorneys Debra Smith and Rebecca Steele, and defendant was represented by attorney Jim Burns. For the reasons set forth below, the court GRANTS defendant’s motion.
