TRUMP, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Janavi Sharma (“Plaintiff”), who is proceeding pro se, brings this civil action. 18 The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) 19 and Local Rule 302(c)(21). 20 On September 3, 2020, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 21 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any objections to the findings 22 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 3.) On September 15, 23 2020, Plaintiff filed Objections to the Findings and Recommendations.
