(ECF No. 3.) 19 After the deadline to file an amended complaint passed, the undersigned recommended that this 20 action be dismissed for failure to prosecute; this recommendation is currently pending. (ECF No. 21 4.) Five days after the recommendation was filed, plaintiff filed her First Amended Complaint 22 and a letter with the court. (ECF Nos. 5, 6.) Plaintiff also filed a motion for a 10-day extension 23 to object to the findings and recommendations, which the court granted.
