Defendant noticed its motion for a 19 hearing to take place on October 15, 2020. (Id.) Pursuant to this court’s Local Rules, plaintiff 20 was obligated to file and serve a written opposition or statement of non-opposition to the pending 21 motion at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing date, or October 1, 2020.
