17 18 Defendant Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco”) moves to dismiss plaintiff 19 Paul Taylor’s complaint. Mot., ECF No. 7. The motion is fully briefed. Opp’n, ECF No. 10; 20 Reply, ECF No. 11.
