13 Defendants. 14 (ECF NO. 13) 15 16 17 Keith Jerome Wright Sr. (“Plaintiff”), is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 18 pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the complaint 19 commencing this action on February 6, 2020. (ECF No. 1). The Court screened Plaintiff’s 20 complaint, found that it failed to state any cognizable claims, and gave leave to amend on July 2, 21 2020. (ECF No. 10). On September 14, 2020, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint, which 22 is before this Court for screening.
