No. 118) 16 This matter came before the court on December 17, 2019 for hearing on the unopposed motion for final approval of a class action settlement and for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and incentive payments, filed on behalf of plaintiffs Rafael Marquez Amaro and Jesus Alarcon Urzua (collectively, “plaintiffs”). (Doc. Nos. 118, 118-1.) Attorneys Mario Martinez and Liane Katzenstein Ly appeared on behalf of plaintiffs and the class.
