17 18 Plaintiff Advanced Steel Recovery (ASR) moves for summary judgment (ECF No. 19 104), and defendants X-Body Equipment (X-Body) and Jewell Attachments’ (Jewell) move for 20 reconsideration of the court’s claim construction (ECF No. 106) and reconsideration of the 21 court’s denial of their prior motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 105). On January 20, 2020, 22 the court heard argument on the motions. Mark Nielsen and C. Wook Pak appeared for plaintiffs; 23 Robert Harkins appeared for defendants. Having considered the arguments of the parties, the 24 moving papers, and the record before it, the court rules as detailed below. 25 I.
