17 18 Plaintiff Advanced Steel Recovery (ASR) moves for summary judgment (ECF No. 19 104), and defendants X-Body Equipment (X-Body) and Jewell Attachments’ (Jewell) move for 20 reconsideration of the court’s claim construction (ECF No. 106) and reconsideration of the 21 court’s denial of their prior motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 105). On January 20, 2020, 22 the court heard argument on the motions. Mark Nielsen and C. Wook Pak appeared for plaintiffs; 23 Robert Harkins appeared for defendants.
