(Doc. 25.) Plaintiffs and Defendant 21 filed their joint statement directed to the Motion, as required by this Court’s Local Rule 251, on 22 September 23, 2020. (Doc. 29.) The Court reviewed the parties’ papers and all supporting 23 material and found the matter suitable for decision without oral argument. The hearing set for 24 September 30, 2020, was therefore vacated.
