Pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to 19 requests for production of documents, requests for admissions and interrogatories. (ECF No. 28.) 20 For the reasons stated herein, plaintiff’s motion to compel is granted in part and denied in part. 21 Background 22 This action proceeds on plaintiff’s original complaint as to defendants Petras, Haile, 23 Saukhla, Ditomas, Horch and Lewis.
