That sixty 19 day period has since passed, and plaintiff has not responded in any way to the court’s order. 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall assign a district judge to this 21 case. 22 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
