16 17 On September 29, 2020, Plaintiff’s request for this case to be related with case no. 1:15- 18 cv-01708-NONE-SAB, was granted and this case was reassigned to the undersigned. (ECF No. 19 7.) On September 30, 2020, the Court issued an order directing that the scheduling order in this 20 action be issued and that Plaintiff serve the summons and complaint within twenty days and 21 promptly file a proof of service. (ECF No. 8.) To date, no return of service has been filed with 22 the Court and there is no indication that Plaintiff has requested service of the summons and 23 complaint by the United States Marshal.
