(ECF No. 16.) Attorney Stewart Katz 21 appeared via Zoom on behalf of plaintiff and attorney Amie McTavish appeared via Zoom on 22 behalf of defendants. Oral argument was heard and plaintiff’s motion was taken under 23 submission. 24 Review of plaintiff’s motion and the parties’ Joint Statement finds defendants’ discovery 25 responses inadequate and somewhat concerning.
