Attorney Stewart Katz appeared via Zoom on behalf of plaintiff and attorney Amie McTavish appeared via Zoom on behalf of defendants. Oral argument was heard and plaintiff’s motion was taken under submission. Review of plaintiff’s motion and the parties’ Joint Statement finds defendants’ discovery responses inadequate and somewhat concerning.
