ORDER 14 CHRISTINE BARBER, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff Kwesi Muhammad (“Plaintiff”), a state prisoner proceeding pro se, originally 18 filed this action in the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin, and Defendant 19 Christine Barber (“Defendant”) removed it to this Court on December 23, 2019. (ECF No. 1.) 20 The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) 21 and Local Rule 302. 22 On September 22, 2020, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 23 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 24 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days.
