19 Plaintiff Michael Gonzales is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action 20 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff initiated this action on October 21, 2020. (ECF No. 1) 21 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant 22 to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, filed on October 23, 2020. (ECF No. 2.) 23 I.
