SAUL,1 Commissioner of ) ) 11 Social Security, ) ) 12 Defendant. ) ) 13 14 INTRODUCTION 15 Plaintiff Michael Digiacomo (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 16 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his application for disability insurance 17 benefits (“DBI”) under Title II of the Social Security Act. The matter is currently before the Court on 18 the parties’ briefs, which were submitted, without oral argument, to Magistrate Judge Barbara A. 19 McAuliffe.2 20 Having considered the briefing and record in this matter, the Court finds the decision of the 21 Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) to be supported by substantial evidence in the record as a whole and 22 based upon proper legal standards.
