16 FOURTEEN-DAY DEADLINE 17 Plaintiff has filed a complaint asserting constitutional claims against governmental employees 18 and/or entities. (Doc. 1.) Generally, the Court is required to screen complaints brought by inmates 19 seeking relief against a governmental entity or an officer or employee of a governmental entity. 28 20 U.S.C. § 1915A(a).
