Defendant Miller 24 separately moves to strike plaintiffs’ first amended complaint or for a more definite statement. 25 The court, having considered the arguments of counsel on October 16, 2020, and the papers 26 submitted with this matter, finds plaintiffs’ claims are moot, GRANTS the motion to dismiss and 27 …
