17 Plaintiff Jose G. Villalta (“Plaintiff”) is a state inmate proceeding pro se in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on 19 September 2, 2020. (ECF No. 1). The Complaint brings claims that relate to occurrences before 20 trial, immediately after trial, and at prison. Plaintiff names the Superior Court of California, 21 County of Orange as a defendant.
