16 17 Michael Price (“Plaintiff”) is a former prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis 18 in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On August 20, 2020, Defendant filed a renewed motion for terminating sanctions. 20 (ECF No. 71).
